LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON
(hereinafter referred to as "the Council") PART III OF THE LONDON LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT 1990 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") Designation of parts of Merton as "licence streets" pursuant to the Act.
TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Section 24 of the Act, the Council has designated 2 areas (hereinafter referred to as "the street") as a licence street where street trading will be permitted by the Council subject to obtaining a Street Trading Licence, and under Section 25 of the Act, 2 street trading licences have been issued.
1) An area of 4.5m x 1 m outside Cafe Rich Point, 363 West Barnes Lane, New Malden. A licence has also been issued to Mrs Vijayadharshani Raveelackshman, of Cumberland House, Kingston Hill, KT2 for the placement of tables and chairs outside Cafe" Rich Point between 7am - 4pm Monday - Saturday inclusive.

2) An area of 5.8m x 1.6m outside Cocobeanz 81 London Road Morden SM4 5HP. A licence has also been issued for the placement of tables and chairs outside Cocobeanz between 6.30am - 9.30pm Monday - Sunday inclusive.
