Notice is oven that Lingfidd Limited t/a McDonalds has applied to London Borough Of Wandsworth on 8th February 2019 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 42-44 Mitxhani Road, London, SWI7 9NA, for provision of late night refreshment tor the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 02.-00 Sundays to Thursdays and from 23:00 until 03:00 Fridays & Saturdays. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 8th March 2019 stating the grounds for making said representation tor- Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Chief Executives Directorate, Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street; London, SWI8 2PU or by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The London Borough of Wandsworth, Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SWI8 2PU between the hours of 10:00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Councils website www.wandsworth.gov.uk. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, publk safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
