SUBMISSION OF PURBECK COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE LEVY CHARGING SCHEDULE AND PRIORITIES FOR SPENDING, JANUARY 2019 PLANNING ACT 2008
COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE LEVY REGULATIONS 2010 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 212 of the Planning Act 2008 and Regulation 19 (1) of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 that Purbeck District Council has submitted the Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule and Priorities for Spending, January 2019 (the Schedule) on 28th January 2019 to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for independent examination.
The CIL Schedule details the proposed charging rates applicable to different types of development across the district. The documents submitted for examination are:
(a) The CIL Charging Schedule and Priorities for Spending (Regulation 123 list);

(b) The statement of representations;

(c) Copies of representations made in accordance with regulation 17;

(d) Statement of modifications, and (d) All relevant evidence.
