Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Young & Co.'s Brewery Pic in respect of Premises known as Dog & Fox, 24 High Street .Wimbledon, SWI9 SEA applied to Merton London Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is: I. To vary the layout of the premises for the ground floor only (all other floors to remain as existing) in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant (following the grant of the recent new premises licence application). All licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours and conditions to remain as existing. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Merton London Borough Council, Ist Floor Annexe, Merton Civic Centre , London Road , Morden , SM4 5DX , no later than 7th January 2019 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Merton London Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.merton.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
