Notice is hereby given that Young & Co.'s Brewery Pic in respect of Premises known as Dog & Fox,24 High Street,Wimbledon,SWI9 5EA applied to Merton London Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: I Jo vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant to combine the current Dog & Fox and Bayee village premises under one licence. 2Jo vary the hours for alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment for the Bayee space only to 02.00am (opening 02.30am) for private functions (all other current permitted hours to remain as existing). 3.To permit the sale of alcohol from 23.00 until 10.00 on Monday to Sunday to residents and guests for consumption in the bedrooms. 4.To amend and add conditions.
