BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 CLOSURE OF TAXI RANK - EAST STREET, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 15 June 2018 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-
(a) The temporary closure of a section of the Taxi Rank located on the west side of East Street, Brighton from outside No. 35 East Street to outside No. 42 East Street approx. 20m.
2. The Order is necessary to allow UK Power Networks contractors to carry out a new connection.
3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
4.This Order comes into force on 25 June 2018 for eighteen months or until
such sooner time as the works are completed. DATED 25 June 2018.
