PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED - Section 14 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC LIMES ROAD BECKENHAM & CHANCERY LANE BECKENHAM
NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for UK Power Networks to install a new electricity service THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Limes Road Beckenham will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Monday 11th June 2018. The point of the closure will be approximately 50m from the junction with Chancery Lane Beckenham. The one-way system will be suspended on Limes Road and Chancery Lane to allow two-way traffic movements on either side of the closure for access.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Crescent Road, Chancery Lane
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 11* June 2018 with no specified finish date.

4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to three days to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

5. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer or Traffic Warden.

6. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the work.

7. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

North End Lane Downe will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Monday 11th June 2018. The point of the closure will be in between the junctions of Standard Road and High Street Downe. Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Rookery Road New Road Hill Shire Lane
2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

PUBLIC NOTICE
LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY PROPOSAL TO INSTALL EARTH BUNDING AT VARIOUS POINTS AROUND LEAVES GREEN COMMON
The London Borough of Bromley / Street Scene & Greenspace Division has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Leaves Green Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
The proposed works are: to install earth bunding to prevent illegal incursion by vehicles, which will cover 1146 linear metres. The works will be located at various points around the boundary of the Common.
A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected at the Civic Centre, Main Reception, Stockwell Close, BR1 3UH during normal office hours until 29th June 2018.
