Enfield Town Framework Masterplan Adoption Statement
In accordance with Regulations 11 and 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012, notice Is hereby given that Enfield Council adopted The Enfield Town Framework Masterplan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) at a meeting of Local Plan Cabinet Sub Committee on 1 March 2018. The Framework Masterplan SPD sets out the Council's approach for providing planning, design and development advice to help guide future investment decisions for achieving the desired vision and regeneration strategy for Enfield's historic Market Town. The SPD is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications and will be used where necessary alongside policies contained in the London Plan, the adopted Core Strategy and Development Management Document.
Under Section 23 (1) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, the Council modified the SPD to take account of representations which were received during public consultation (from Monday 10 July 2017 to 5pm on Monday 25th September). These modifications are detailed in the Consultation Statement, prepared under Regulation 12a of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2012.
