SECTION 123(1) (2a) Proposed disposal of Open Space Morden Leisure Centre London Road, Morden

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Merton propose to dispose of land having an area of approximately 2.26 acres of land which forms part of an open space at Morden Park Playing Fields, London Road, Morden. The proposed disposal is the grant of a lease of the land for a term not exceeding 15 years to Greenwich Leisure Limited. A plan showing the exact area of the land is available for inspection by contacting Jacquie Denton, Principal Estates Surveyor, London Borough of Merton, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX by email Jacquie.denton@merton.gov.uk and may be inspected free of charge Monday to Friday during normal office hours. A copy of this notice can also be found on the London Borough of Merton's website. A copying charge may be payable if copies are required.
