Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that Revent Trading Limited t/a Dominos Pizza has applied to London Borough of Enfield for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Domino's Pizza, 630 Hertford Road, Enfield, EN3 5TD, The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: provision of Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0500 the following morning; opening hours Monday to Sunday 1100 to 2300 (delivery only after 2300). Any representations regarding the above-mentioned appli­cation must be received in writing by Licensing Authority London Borough of Enfield Council, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, EN I 3XH no later than 22nd February 2018 stating the grounds for repre­sentation. The register of London Borough of Enfield and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.enfield.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or reckless­ly to make a false statement in con­nection with an application.A person is liable to an unlimited fine on con­viction should such a false statement be made.
