Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Lord Nelson, 837 London Road, Sutton, SM3 9DR applied to London Borough of Sutton for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is:
1.To extend the terminal hour for sale of alcohol, films, recorded music, live music, indoor sporting events and late night refreshment to 01:00 hours the following day on Saturday.
2.To extend the closing time for opening hours to close at 01:30 hours the following day on Saturday.
3.To add non-standard timings for British Summer Time as detailed in the Application submitted to the Licensing Authority.
4. To add an additional condition to the Premises Licence following consultation with the Environmental Health Officer, as detailed in the Application submitted to the Licensing Authority. (See application for full details).
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing -Regulatory Services, London Borough of Sutton, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton , SM5 2JG no later than 7 February 2018 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Sutton and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - http://www.sutton.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement In connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
