(Footpath 12, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Footpath 12, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Little Baddow Road, south for a distance of approximately 300 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8 January 2018 to 9 March 2018 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while essential maintenance work on a strategic water main which passes over the brook is undertaken by Essex & Suffolk Water. The alternative route will be via Footpath 13, Woodham Walter, Little Baddow Road southern footway and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 8 January 2018 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
