BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER -FREEHOLD TERRACE, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the
following effect:-
(a) The temporary closure of Freehold Terrace from the junction of Hollingdean Road northwards for approx. 40 metres.
(b) The temporary suspension of the one way order along the remainder of Freehold Terrace and Popes Folly
2. The Order is necessary to allow Development Construction works to take place.
3. Pedestrian access will be maintained and vehicle access will be via Popes Folly.
4. This Order comes into force on 11th December
2017 for twenty one months or until such
sooner time as the works are completed. Dated 1st December 2017.
