BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - CARLTON HILL AND MIGHELL STREET, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 5th October 2017 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

(a) The temporary closure of Carlton Hill at its junction with Mighell Street eastwards for approx. 40 metres inconjuction with,

(b) The temporary closure of Mighell Street at its junction of Carlton Hill.

(c) The closures will only be as and when required to enable deliveries with each closure agreed with the Highway Authority in advance.

2. The Order is necessary to allow deliveries of timber frames to adjacent site.

3. Pedestrian access should be maintained and vehicles will be diverted via White Street and John Street and vice versa.

4. This Order comes into force on 12th October 2017 for Jlllllllfcifc eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
