PROPOSED MINOR PARKING AMENDMENTS ANERLEY STREET, BEECHCROFT ROAD, COLINETTE ROAD, HAZLEWELL ROAD, MALWOOD ROAD, NEVILLE GILL CLOSE, PATTEN ROAD, SUMMERLEY STREET, TWILLEY STREET, WINDMILL ROAD
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

The Wandsworth (Clapham South) (Parking Places) (No. *) Order 2017
The Wandsworth (Earlsfield) (Parking Places) (No. *) Order 2017
The Wandsworth (Putney) (Parking Places) (No. *) Order 2017
The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Common) (Parking Places) (No. *) Order 2017
The Wandsworth (Wandsworth Town) (Parking Places) (No. *) Order 2017

2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order would be:

(a) in Anerley Street and Beechcroft Road to amend the description of waiting restrictions so as to bring them in line with the on street layout; and

(b) in Neville Gill Close, the east side, to upgrade the existing single yellow line waiting restriction between the entrance to Edwyn House and Knowles House operating Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pm to double yellow line "at any time" waiting restrictions to prevent obstructive parking.

3. The general effect of the Clapham South Parking Places Order would be to make certain amendments to the descriptions of parking places in Malwood Road.

4. The general effect of the Earlsfield Parking Places Order would be to:

(a) reinstate 9 metres of parking place in Summerley Street opposite Nos. 4b / 5b Summerley Street. The existing vehicle crossover at this location will be reinstated as footway; and

(b) remove 8 metres of parking place in Summerley Street opposite Nos. 4a / 5a Summerley Street to accommodate a new vehicle crossover. A single yellow line waiting restriction operating between 9.30am and 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays would be provided at this location.

5. The general effect of the Putney Parking Places Order would be to:

(a) remove the existing parking place outside No. 1A Colinette Road to accommodate a new vehicle crossover. A single yellow line waiting restriction operating between 9.30am and 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays would be provided at this location;

(b) remove 7.6 metres of parking place outside No. 74 Hazlewell Road to accommodate a new vehicle crossover. A single yellow line waiting restriction operating between 9.30am and 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays would be provided at this location; and

6. The general effect of the Wandsworth Common Parking Places Order would be to:

(a) split in two the existing parking place on Beechcroft Road outside No. 87 Brodrick Road to accommodate a new vehicle crossover. A single yellow line waiting restriction operating between 11.30am and 12.30pm on Mondays to Fridays would be provided at this location;

(b) extend the existing parking place outside No. 1 Patten Road by 6.2 metres due to a redundant vehicle crossover outside Patten House.

7. The general effect of the Wandsworth Town Parking Places Order would be to make certain amendments to the descriptions of parking places in Twilley Street so as to bring them in line with the on street layout.

8. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

10. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or the raised table should send a statement in writing of their objection to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting reference W/ECS/TM01649) by 19th October 2017.
