The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises and Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005 Notice Is hereby given that:
I Mr Veli Gencer have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a new Premises Licence for the Premises known as Natural Arena, 89 Tooting High Street London SW17 0SU. 1 intend to conduct on or off the premises the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcoholconsumption OFF the premises Monday to Sunday from 06:00-02:00 Opening Hours Monday to Sunday from 08:00-02:00. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Team, Wandsworth Council The Town Mall Wandsworth High Street London SW18 2PU by not later than 15th October 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000. renew
