1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow propose to make the above mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Disabled Persons Parking Places Order would be to revoke the existing Disabled Persons Parking Place adjacent No. 30 Pinner View

3. The general effect of the Parking Places Order would be to revoke resident permit parking places and to impose waiting restrictions in certain lengths of the streets specified in the Schedule to this notice.

4. A copy of the proposed Orders, of maps of the relevant areas, of relevant previous Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GX between the hours of 10am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am 3pm Sunday or online at
