I/We WINE ME UP do hereby give notice that it is my/our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant/ 'provisional statement/ variation of the a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as WINE ME UP 7 LEWES ROAD, BRIGHTON, BN2 3HP for the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: INCREASE OPENING AND SUPPLY ALCOHOL HOURS Monday to Thursday open 7am close 2am, Friday and Saturday open 7am and close 3am & Sunday open 7am and close 2am
"In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, provisional statement, variation, should send to

or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 14/06/2022 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
