GREAT TOTHAM NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
PUBLICATION OF THE DECISION STATEMENT

Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) The Independent Examiner concluded that the proposed Great Totham Neighbourhood Plan, once modified to meet all relevant legal requirements, should proceed to referendum.
The Council has considered the recommendations contained within the Examiner's report and on 1 April 2022 published a statement setting out the decisions that it has taken on each of the recommendations.
The Great Totham Neighbourhood Plan can now be given significant weight in decision-making, in so far as the Plan is material to the application.
