Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Thunderbird Fried Chicken Limited has applied to Wandsworth Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Thunderbird Fried Chicken, 150 Putney High Street, London, SW15 1RR.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
Sale of alcohol on and off the premises from 10:00 hours to 23:00 hours Monday to Wednesday from 10:00 hours to midnight Thursday to Saturday and from 1 1:00 hours until 22:30 hours Sunday.
Late night refreshment indoors and outdoors from 23:00 hours to midnight Thursday to Saturday.
Opening hours from 10:00 hours to 23:30 hours Monday to Wednesday, from 10:00 hours to 00:30 hours the following day Thursday to Saturday, and from 11:00 hours until 23:00 hours Sunday.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Safety and Licensing Department, Regulatory Services Partnership (Wandsworth), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX no later than 22 March 2022 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Wandsworth Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
