Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that London Cocktail Bars limited in respect of Premises known as Tequila Mockingbird, 82 Mitcham Road, London, SWI7 9NG applied to Wandsworth Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is:
1. To extend licensable activities, alcohol (on-sales only), recorded music and late night refreshment until 02:00 on Thursdays only with closing at 02:00.
2. To add an additional hour to the standard and non-standard times on the day when British Summertime commences for all activities and opening.
All other licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours and conditions to remain as existing.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Safety & Licensing Team, Regulatory Services Partnership, (Wandswortn Council), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX or by e-mail
no later than 14th February 2022 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Wandsworth Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council given above by prior appointment Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm, or on the council's website -

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
