NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Etch Restaurant Ltd has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a new premises licence to allow the premises known as Etch Restaurant situated at 214/216 Church Road, Brighton & Hove BN3 2DJ to be used for the following proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcohol on and off the premises from 10.00 to 12 midnight each day and late night refreshment from 23.00 to 12 midnight each day.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
