(Fairstead Road, Fairstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fairstead Road, Fairstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 225m north west of its junction with Fairstead Hall Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03159101116/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stoptap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via New Road, Owls Hill, Braintree Road, Fuller Street, Boreham Road, Mill Lane, Ranks Green Road and vice versa (Fairstead Road access only).

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Howbridge Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Maidment Crescent a distance of approximately 105m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th October 2021 for 1 day, or where slated on a valid permit (EP201EH2310476 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 270m south west of its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 425m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC6C2M2R001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Church Road, The Street, London Road, Mowden Hall Lane and vice versa.(Please note there will be no access to Sportsmans Lane via Crabbs Hill) The Order came into effect on 2nd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC6C2M2R001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Openreach. approximately 565m south west of its junction with Peg Millars Lane for a distance of approximately 140m in a south easterly direction. The closures are scheduled to commence on 21 st September 2021 tor 3 days (1 at a time), or-where stated on a valid permit (AD01458954485/1 and AD01458954484 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required tor the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
