(Moulsham Hall Lane, Great Leighs) (Temporary 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on A131, Main Road, Moulsham Hall Lane, Great Leighs in the City of Chelmsford (The road is currently derestricted):
The temporary speed restriction is scheduled to commence on 02/09/2021 to the 16/12/2021 between the hours of 10am and 9.30pm on event days only, or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The temporary speed restriction is required for the safety of the public to ensure safe crossing for the horses from the stable to the racecourse.
The Order will come into effect on 2 September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bendlowes Road, Great Bardf ield) (Temporary
Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bendlowes Road, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Braintree Road to its junction with Alienor Avenue a distance of approximately 345m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th September 2021 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317440 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway and carraigeway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Alienor Avenue, Braintree Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hedingham Road, Wethersf ield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hedingham Road, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Grays Lane to its junction with Blackmore End a distance of approximately 550m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th September 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2316731 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage investigation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Hudsons Hill, High Street, Silver Street, Meadside, Finchingfield Road, Wethersfield Road, Sculpins Lane, Church Hill, The Causeway, Duck End, Howe Street, Upper Howe Street, Finchingfield Road - Howe Street To Dyer's End - Zc161, Robinhood End, Dyers End, Great Yeldham Road, Stambourne Road, Ridgewell Road, Church Road, Bridge Street, Poole Street, Hedingham Road, Yeldham Road, Crouch Green, Swan Street, Rectory Road, Prayors Hill, Almshouse Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Newpasture Lane, Stabbing & Stebbing Road, Barfield Saling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Newpasture Lane, Stebbing & Stebbing Road, Barfield Saling in the District of Uttlesford, from both of the junctions with Stebbing Green to the junction with Crows Green a distance of approximately 2360m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2314021 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Stebbing Green, Dunmow Road, Blake End, The Street, Bardfield Road, Stebbing Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Braintree Road, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition
of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Braintree Road, Terling in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Norman Hill for a distance of approximately 2370m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2312885 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Fuller Street, Boreham Road, Waltham Road, Cranham Road, Main Road, London Road, Hatfield Peverel Bypass, The Street, Station Road, Station Terrace, Terling Road, Hatfield Road, New Road, Owls Hill, Norman Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Crows Green, Bardfield Saling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crows Green, Bardfield Saling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 140m north east of its junction with Stebbing Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS78702AA-Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Crows Green, Stebbing Road, Woolpits Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(New Road, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of New Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Toulmin Road to its junction with Woodfield Way a distance of approximately 45m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010648504 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via New Road, Maldon Road, The Street, Church Road, Remembrance Avenue, New Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Station Road, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Feering Hill for a distance of approximately 95m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th September 2021 for 1 day and again on 19th September 2021 for 1 day (2x Sunday only), or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010649422/1 & 12 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Feering Hill, London Road, A12, West Roundabout, A120, Colchester Road, East Street, Market End, Bridge Street, Grange Hill, Kelvedon Road, Coggeshall Road, Station Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
