(Moulsham Hall Lane, Great Leighs) (Temporary 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on A131,Main Road, Moulsham Hall Lane, Great Leighs in the City of Chelmsford (The road is currently derestricted): The temporary speed restriction is scheduled to commence on 02/09/2021 to the 16/12/2021 between the hours of 10am and 9.30pm on event days only, or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.
The temporary speed restriction is required for the safety ofthe public to ensure safe crossing for the horses from the stable to the racecourse.
The Order will come into effect on 2 September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Footpath 124, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 124, Witham in the District of Braintree. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/08/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construction works are undertaken.
The alternative route will be North West via Footpath 90, north east along B1389 then south east on Kings Chase and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 30/08/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crabb's Hill, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 270m south west of its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 425m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC6C2M2R001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, The Street, London Road, Mowden Hall Lane and vice versa. (Please note there will be no access to Sportsmans Lane via Crabbs Hill) The Order will come into effect on 2nd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Fairstead Road, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Fairstead Road, Terling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 250m north west of its junction with Fairstead Hall Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northerly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Fairstead Road, Terling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 565m south west of its junction with Peg Millars Lane for a distance of approximately 140m in a south easterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 21 st September 2021 for 3 days (1 at a time), or where stated on a valid permit (AD01458954485/1 and AD01458954484 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Fairstead Road, New Road, Owls Hill, Braintree Road, Fuller Street, Boreham Road, Mill Lane, Ranks Green Road, Peg Millars Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 2nd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rolls Farm Lane, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rolls Farm Lane, Terling in the District of Braintree from its junction with Waltham Road to its junction with Terling Hall Road a distance of approximately 1390m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th September 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317249 -EH2317250 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Flacks Green, Gambles Green, Oakfield Lane, Terling Hall Road, Waltham Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 2nd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Street, Cressing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of The Street, Cressing in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Polecat Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWBPH383F002 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cover and frame renewal works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Polecat Road, Witham Road, Braintree Road, Cressing Road, Cressing Road Roundabout, Millennium Way, Galley Roundabout, A120 J B1018 Roundabout, Braintree Bypass, Long Green, Ashes Road, The Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 2nd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Witham Road, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Witham Road, Terling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 380m east of its junction with Hatfield Road for a distance of approximately 190m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008IBBJLNTZ002 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. The Order will come into effect on 2nd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Cypress Road, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cypress Road, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Braintree Road to its junction with Forest Road a distance of approximately 330m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th September 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317251 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Braintree Road, Rickstones Road, Forest Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 19th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Station Road, White Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Station Road, White Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with vicarage Lane for a distance of approximately 200m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS26499101 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. (Wethersfield Road, Finchingfleld) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Wethersfield Road, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Lombard Street for a distance of approximately 160m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2021 for 1 night (19:00 - 06:00) or where stated on a valid permit (AD01457939110/2 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
