(Footpath 124, Witham) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 124, Witham in the District of Braintree.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/08/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construction works are undertaken. The alternative route will be North West via Footpath 90, north east along B1389 then south east on Kings Chase and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 30/08/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Braintree Road, Terling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Braintree Road, Terling in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Norman Hill for a distance of approximately 2370m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2312885 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Fuller Street, Boreham Road, Waltham Road, Cranham Road, Main Road, London Road, Hatfield Peverel Bypass, The Street, Station Road, Station Terrace, Terling Road, Hatfield Road, New Road, Owls Hill, Norman Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Crows Green, Bardfield Saling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crows Green, Bardfield Saling in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 140m north east of its junction with Stebbing Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS78702AA - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Crows Green, Stebbing Road, Woolpits Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(New Road, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of New Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Toulmin Road to its junction with Woodfield Way a distance of approximately 45m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th September 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010648504 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via New Road, Maldon Road, The Street, Church Road, Remembrance Avenue, New Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Station Road, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Feering Hill for a distance of approximately 95m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th September 2021 for 1 day and again on 19th September 2021 for 1 day (2x Sunday only), or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010649422/1 & 12 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Feering Hill, London Road, A12, West Roundabout, A120, Colchester Road, East Street, Market End, Bridge Street,
Grange Hill, Kelvedon Road, Coggeshall Road, Station Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 26th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Wethersfield Road, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wethersfield Road, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Lombard Street for a distance of approximately 160m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2021 for 1 night (19:00 - 06:00) or where stated on a valid permit (AD01457939110/2 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. (Cornish Hall End, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cornish Hall End, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Cornish Hall End Road for a distance of approximately 120m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01458275341/1 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. (Oak Road, Rivenhall End) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily dose that length of Oak Road, Rivenhall End in the District of Braintree, from its junction with A12 to its junction with Henry Dixon Road a distance of approximately 240m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd September 2021 for 6 nights (20:00 -05:00) or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317154 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while arterial gully resetting works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via A12, Crane's Lane - Trunk - A12, Henry Dixon Road, Kelvedon Bypass, London Road, Oak Road, Roman Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Street, Bardfield Saling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Street, Bardfield Saling in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Long Green Lane for a distance of approximately 210m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS78685AA -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via New Green, Plums Lane, Elms Farm Road, Bardfield Road, Boarded Barns Road, Stebbing Road, Crows Green, The Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
