(Little Waltham Road, Little Waltham) (Prohibition of Right-Hand Turn) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given  that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), and 2(1) to (3) and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older: To prohibit vehicles from making a right hand turn on the following lengths of road In the City of Chelmsford.
Little Waltham Road: To prohibit vehicles travelling on Little Waltham Road to make a right turn into A130 Essex Regiment Way.

(Various Roads (Notley Grange Development), Great Notley) (20mph Zone) Order 20**

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order:
To introduce a 20mph zone on the following lengths of roads (Notley Grange Development), Great Notley in the District of Braintree:
Road Description
Crab Apple Drive, Great Notley From a point 10 metres south east of its junction with London Road, for its entire remaining length including the turning heads.
Maple Close, Great Notley For its entire length.
Hawthorn Way, Great Notley For its entire length.
Jasmine Drive, Great Notley For its entire length.

(Cornish Hall End, Finchingfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:  To temporarily close that length of Cornish Hall End, Finchingf ield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Cornish Hall End Road for a distance of approximately 120m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2021 for 3 days, or where slated on a valid permit (AD01458275341/1 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water. (Oak Road, Rivenhall End) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:  To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Rivenhall End in the District of Braintree, from its junction with A12 to its junction with Henry Dixon Road a distance of approximately 240m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd September 2021 for 6 nights (20:00 - 05:00) or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317154 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while arterial gully resetting works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via A12, Crane's Lane - Trunk - A12, Henry Dixon Road, Kelvedon Bypass, London Road, Oak Road, Roman Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(The Street, Bardfield Saling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Street, Bardfield Saling in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Long Green Lane for a distance of approximately 21 Om in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd September 2021 tor 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS78685AA - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or
displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. (Church Street/Church Hill, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

An alternative route is available via The Causeway, The Street, Church Lane, Stambourne Road, Ridgewell Road, Church Road, High Street, Toppesfield Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 29th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
