NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land East of Manor Trading Estate, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 4PS. Take notice that application is being made by Messrs G P Smith, K M Smith, G M Smith, G W Smith; G&K Groundworks; ACT Roadways Limited to Castle Point Borough Council for outline planning application comprising 68 residential units, three class E (commercial, business and service) units, one B2 (general industrial) Unit and two B8 (storage and distribution) units with associated access, parking, amenity space, strategic landscaping and noise attenuation. Restoration and improvement of existing estate roads and infrastructure. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this Application should write to the Council at Kiln Road, Thundersley, Benfleet, SS7 1TF by 14th June 2021.
