NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Land East of Manor Trading Estate, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 4PS. Take notice that application is being made by Messrs G P Smith, K M Smith, G M Smith, G W Smith; G&K Groundworks; ACT Roadways Limited to Castle Point Borough Council for outline planning application comprising 68 residential units, three class E (commercial, business and service) units, one B2 (general industrial) Unit and two B8 (storage and distribution) units with associated access, parking, amenity space, strategic landscaping and noise attenuation. Restoration and improvement of existing estate roads and infrastructure. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this Application should write to the Council at Kiln Road, Thundersley, Benfleet, SS7 1TF by 14th June 2021. Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure. 'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
