Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that FeedBritain Limited has applied to Regulatory Services Partnership (Merton) for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Leon, Unit I &2, 1-9 Wimbledon Bridge, Wimbledon, SW19 7NF.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. To permit the supply of alcohol both on and off the premises 10:00 to 22:00 7 days a week;
2. To permit opening hours Monday to Friday 07:00 to 22:30 and Saturday and Sunday 08:00 to 22:30; and
3. To include the following conditions-lntoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises other than to persons taking tables meals there and for consumption by such person as an ancillary to their meal, save for sealed containers of alcohol sold to persons as part of a take away meal; That all alcohol purchased for consumption off the premises, save for intoxicating liquor to be consumed in the outside area of the premises, will be in sealed containers as part of a takeaway meal. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Merton London Borough Council, I st Floor Annexe, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX no later than 28th April 2021 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Regulatory Services Partnership (Merton) and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
