Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Young & Co.'s Brewery Plc in respect of Premises known as Castle, 38 Tooting High Street, Tooting, SWI7 0RG applied to Wandsworth Council for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To vary the premises licence to amend 2 conditions as below for a limited time to the 30th September 2021 only:-Condition PN23(1) will state "from the date of the grant of the variation to alter this condition until 30th September 2021 the external area (excluding the smoking area) shall cease trading at 23:00 hours and be clear by 23:30 on Monday to Saturday and shall cease trading at 22:30 and be clear by 23:00 hours on Sunday." Condition PN23(3) will state "from the date of the grant of the variation to alter this condition until 30th September 2021 the external area of the premises shall not be used for the showing of screened live-feed broad­casting at any time other than international or domestic sport which is broadcast live on terrestrial channels only." All other licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours & conditions to remain as existing.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Safety & Licensing Team, Regulatory Services Partnership, (Wandsworth Council), Merton Civic Centre, Morden, SM4 5DX, no later than 30th March 2021 stating the grounds for representation. The register ofWandsworth Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
