Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Weezy Group Ltd has applied to Regulatory Services Partnership (Merton) for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Weezy Fulfilment Centre, Unit G, 25 Lombard Road,Wimbledon, London SW19 3TZ The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : I.To permit the sale of alcohol, for off sales, Sundays to Wednesdays 07:00 to 01:00 hours, Thursdays to Saturdays 07:00 to 02:30 hours. The Centre will operate as a locally based home delivery grocery centre.The centre will not be open to the general public. Grocery shopping, which will include alcohol, will be delivered to the customer by electric vehicles. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Merton London Borough Council , 1st Floor Annexe, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX no later than 16 March 2021 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Regulatory Services Partnership (Merton) and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
