Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Notice is hereby given that JD Wetherspoon Plc has applied to Wandsworth Council for a new premises licence at The London and South Western, 276-268 Lavender Hill, Clapham, London, SW11 1LR The application is to provide the following licensable activities: 1.Sale of Alcohol between 0900 and 0000 Sunday to Thursday and 0900 and 0100 Friday and Saturday. 2. Late Night Refreshment between 2300 and 0030 Sunday to Thursday and 2300 to 0130 Friday and Saturday. The existing premises licence (which allows sale of alcohol until 0200 Friday and Saturday / late night refreshment until 0230 Friday and Saturday and regulated entertainment) will be surrendered on grant of the new premises licence. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 18th January 2021 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX or by email:

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices ofWandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership [Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m.and 4.00 p.m.Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website
