NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chelmsford City Council acting on behalf of the South Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an agreement dated 31 March 2011 (and subsequently varied by Deed of Variation on 15 June 2011 and 27 July 2012) has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2 (1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the Order: To revoke and introduce various parking restrictions in Benfleet, Canvey Island, Thundersley, Hadleigh and Leigh on Sea on the following lengths of roads in the Borough of Castle Point as specified. All measurements are taken as accurately as possible and are taken from the extended kerb line unless stated otherwise:
1. To revoke 'No Waiting At Any Time' and introduce 'No Waiting 8am - 6pm'
Little Tarpots Court London Road, Benfleet
NORTH SIDE: From a point 4 metres west of its junction with St Clements Road westwards for 30 metres.

2. To introduce'No Waiting At Any Time'

Woodcraft Close, Hadleigh
NORTH & EAST SIDES: From a point 15 metres west of its junction with Rayleigh Road westwards then northwards for the remainder of its length,
SOUTH & EAST SIDES: From a point 15 metres west of its junction with Rayleigh Road westwards then southwards for the remainder of its length.
SOUTH & WEST SIDE: From a point in line with the eastern boundary of property No. 12 westwards then north westwards to a point 5 metres southwest of the boundary between property Nos. 15 & 16.
WEST SIDE: From a point 1.5 metres north west of the boundary between property Nos. 15 & 16 northwards to a point 4 metres south of the boundary between property Nos 17 & 18.
WEST SIDE: From a point 4.5 metres north of the boundary between property Nos. 17 & 18 northwards to a point 4.5 metres south of the boundary between property Nos 19 & 20.
WEST SIDE: From a point 3.5 metres north of the boundary between property Nos. 19 & 20 northwards to a point 1.5 metres southwest of the boundary between property Nos 21 &22.
NORTH & WEST SIDE: From a point in line with the eastern boundary of property No. 23 westwards then south westwards to a point 4 metres northeast of the boundary between property Nos. 21 & 22.
St Johns Road, Hadleigh
BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Chapel Lane north westwards for 10 metres.
Chapel Lane, Benfleet
NORTH WEST SIDE: From a point 10 metres south west of its junction with St Johns Road north eastwards to a point 10 metres north east of its junction with St Johns Road.
Olive Avenue, Hadleigh
BOTH SIDES: From a point in line with the boundary between property Nos. 123 & 125 Olive Avenue north westwards then north eastwards to a point in line with the boundary between property Nos. 130 & 132 Olive Avenue.
Shipwrights Drive, Thundersley
NORTH WEST SIDE: From a point in line with the boundary between property Nos. 127 & 129 Shipwrights Drive south westwards for 15 metres.
NORTH WEST SIDE: From a point 38 metres north east of the boundary between property Nos. 127 & 129 Shipwrights Drive north westwards for 15 metres.
NORTH WEST SIDE: From a point 5 metres north east of the north eastern kerb line of the southern school entrance south westwards for 15 metres.
Labworth Road, Canvey Island
BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Furtherwick Road eastwards for 15 metres.
Furtherwick Road, Canvey Island
EAST SIDE: From a point 10 metres south of its junction with Labworth Road northwards to a point 10 metres north of its junction with Labworth Road.
London Road, Hadleigh
NORTH SIDE: From a point in line with the western boundary of property No. 639 westwards for 13.5 metres.

3. To introduce 'No Waiting Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm'
Shipwrights Drive, Thundersley
SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point in line with the boundary between property Nos. 135 & 137 north eastwards to a point 5 metres south west of the south western kerb line of the central school entrance.

To introduce 'No Waiting 9am - 8pm, Good Friday - 30 September'
Leigh Road, Canvey Island
BOTH SIDES: From a point a point in line with the boundary between property Nos. 6 & 8 Leigh Road westwards to a point in line with the boundary between property Nos. 36 & 38 Leigh Road.
