Notice is hereby given that Tazaki Foods Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a Premises Licence to permit the online sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises for the premises Tazaki Foods Limited situated at 12 Innova Way, Enfield, EN3 7FL. , giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 16/09/2020. Representations received by post will not be accepted during the Covid-19 emergency period. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence.
