The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpaths Nos. 16 and 18, Amersham and Public Footpath No. 33, Chalfont St Giles) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpaths Nos. 16 and 18, Amersham and Public Footpath No. 33, Chalfont St Giles) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in: 1) Public Footpath No. 16, Amersham, from apoint approximately 70m from Bottom House Farm Lane to apoint approximately 160m from Bottom House Farm Lane. 2) Public Footpath No. 18, Amersham, from the junction of Public Footpath No. 18, Amersham to the junction of Public Footpath No. 79, Amersham. 3) Public Footpath No. 33, Chalfont St Giles, from apoint approximately 28m from the junction of Public Footpath No. 30, Chalfont St Giles to apoint approximately 80m from the junction of Public Footpath No. 30, Chalfont St Giles. The closure is required whilst works to install anew water pipeline take place and it is anticipated that the works will take place between 9July 2020 and 4September 2020. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be signposted. The Order came into operation on 9July 2020, as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Green Lane, Prestwood in the Parish of Great Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Green Lane for the entire length. Alternative route: Nairdwood Lane, High Street and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water main replacement works take place commencing on 20 July 2020 between 07:00 and 23:59. Access will be for residents at all times. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 July 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 10 July 2020

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Brimmers Road, Princes Risborough in the Parish ofLacey Green CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Brimmers Road for adistance of approximately 1241 metres. Alternative route: Kop Hill, Peters Lane, Pink Road, Pink Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst drainage works take place commencing on 13 July 2020 between 08:00 and 17:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 July 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Order came into force on 13 May 2020, but if apersonaggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or ofany regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2ofSchedule 2tothe Act as applied by paragraph 5ofSchedule 6tothe Act, within 6weeks from 10 July 2020, make an application to the High Court.

The closures are required whilst surfacing works take place between

[27 July 2020] and [30 October 2020]. The proposed Order will

come into operation on 27 July 2020 and will be in effect when signed and between times as per schedule below on the days signed, with amaximum duration of 18 months. SCHEDULE -"AR" ^Alternative route Poles Hill, Chesham for the entire length. AR-Darvell Drive. Earl Howe Road, Holmer Green from A404 to Orchard Way. Alternative route: Heath End Road, Spurlands End Road, Watchet Lane, Windsor Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water new connection works take place commencing on 20 July 2020 between 08:00 and 23:59. Road closure 24/7. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 July 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Various roads, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in West Wycombe Road/ Oxford Road for approximately 330m, Westbourne Street for approximately 100m, Desborough Road for approximately 300m and Suffield Hill for the entire length. Alternative route: Oxford Road, Abbey Way, Abbey Way Gyratory, Marlow Hill, Marlow Road, Desborough Avenue and vice versa. The closure is required whilst central median feature replacement and remedial works take place commencing on 27 July 2020 between

20:00 and 06:00. This will be on West Wycombe Rd, Oxford Rd,

Westbourne St, Desborough Rd and Suffield Hill under night road closures only. One 1road will be closed at any one time. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 July 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
