Notice is hereby given that Vlamides Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Enfield for a premises licence in relation to Vlamis, 2 Savoy Parade, Southbury Road, Enfield, EN1 1RJ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday I2:00hrs to 23:00hrs. ,giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 02/07/2020. Representations received by post will not be accepted during the Covid-19 emergency period. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives; the prevention of crime and disorder; public safely, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
