Proposed development at: Riverside Business Centre & Flip Out Trampoline Centre Haldane Place SW18 4UQ
I give notice that 'Riverside owned in Workspace 12 Ltd, Garrett Lane (Flip Out) Workspace 14 Limited & 55 Bendon Valley Road Workspace 14 Limited' is applying to Wandsworth Borough Council for planning permission to undertake the following development, and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement:
APPLICATION REFERENCE: 2018/4176
PROPOSAL: Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 5 buildings ranging from ground plus 4 (with double height ground floor) to ground plus 8 storeys with basement to provide 21,403sqm flexible light industrial, storage and distribution floorspace (Class B1, B1c and B8), 678sqm flexible non­residential institutions and assembly and leisure space use (Class D1/D2), 402 residential units (Class C3), two new streets linking Haldane Place and Bendon Valley, car and cycle parking and associated public realm enhancements comprising detailed landscaping, communal amenity space and a new Wandle Riverside Walk. An Environmental Statement has been submitted with the planning application under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (AMENDED DESCRIPTION, SEE WEBSITE FOR REVISED DOCUMENTS)
Main changes:
- Reduction in height of the Riverside Buildings and revised design

- Increase to 402 residential units

- Frontage of the Riverside Factory stepped back from Garratt Lane and overhang omitted

- Addition of upper storeys on the Northern block within the residential Courtyard

- Lowering of the podium garden, provided at grade level with all car parking within the basement

- Eastern block within Courtyard moved south
