THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Great and Little Kimble Byway Open to All Traffic Nos. 40 and 40A and Ellesborough Byway Open to all Traffic No.62) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2019 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any four wheeled motor vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Great and Little Kimble BOAT Nos.40 and 40A and Ellesborough BOAT No.62 from the junction with Aylesbury Road approximately 1958 metres south east to the junction with Longdown Hill. The closure is required whilst works are being or are proposed to be executed and in the interest of public safety.

Alternative route is via the existing highway. The Order will come into operation on 12 November 2019, as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Burtons Lane, Little Chalfont in the Parish of Little Chalfont CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Burtons Lane for adistanceofapproximately 25 metres. Alternative route: Chalfont Station Road, Burtons Lane. The closure is required whilst Water main repair in the carriageway works take place commencing on 18 November 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 18 November 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 15 November 2019

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Pound Lane, Marlow in the Parish of Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Pound Lane for adistance ofapproximately 95 metres. Alternative route: High Street, West Street, Henley Road, Pound Lane. The closure is required whilst extension ofspeed table works will take place commencing on 25 November 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. Works will be under afull24hourly road closure from 00:00 on 25 November 2019 -23:59 on 28 November 2019. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 November 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Mill Lane, Monks RisboroughintheParishofPrincesRisboroughCP)(TemporaryProhibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Mill Lane for adistanceofapproximately 20 metres. Alternative route: Mill Lane, Aylesbury Road, New Road, Longwick Road, Thame Road, Lower Icknield Way. The closure is required whilst Network Rail works take place commencing on 25 November 2019 between 09:00 and 15:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 November 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Vale Rise, Chesham in the Parish of Chesham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Vale Rise from junction of Vale Road for approximately 25 metres. Alternative route: Vale Road, Greenway, Glenister Road. The closure is required whilst remedial works in the carriageway take place commencing on 18 November 2019 between 19:00 and 05:00. This will be night works only between 19:00-05:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 18 November 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
