I give notice that Morgan Sindall Construction and Infrastructure is applying to Enfield Council for planning permission for: Full Planning application for the construction of a new build single storey Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Secondary School with associated soft and hard landscaping, car parking and drop off area and alterations to existing access arrangements.
