THE BRIGHTON & HOVE (BRIGHTON 10K) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2019
On Sunday, 17 November 2019 the Brighton 10k is taking place. To facilitate its safe passage, the route will need to be closed to traffic and therefore Brighton & Hove City Council have made an order under Section 16A to C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which temporarily brings into force the following traffic regulations between the hours of 07.00 and 12.00 or until safe to reopen on this day.
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle that is not participating in, or connected with the Brighton 10k to proceed in, exit from, or turn into any of the lengths of road specified below, except upon the direction or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or that of a uniformed marshal:-
Temporary Road Closures - Sunday, 17th November 2019 from 07.00 - 12.00 hours
A259 Kingsway - from Hove Street, Hove to Kings Road, Brighton -
Westbound carriageway only
Kings Road, Brighton - Westbound carriageway only
Grand Junction Road - Westbound carriageway only
Aquarium roundabout - Westbound carriageway only
St Aubyns South
