THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTYCOUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 80 High Wycombe) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2019 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit anyperson from proceeding in the full length of Public Footpath No. 80 High Wycombe between Leigh Street and Desborough Avenue. Alternative route is via the existing public highway. Theclosure is required in the interest of public safetywhilstapproved development works are carried out. The Order willcome into operation on 27 September 2019 as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months or untilthe works havebeen completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council has made The BuckinghamshireCountyCouncil(Public Footpath No. 17 (Part) Amersham) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2019 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in that length of Public Footpath No. 17 (Part) Amersham from 28 September 2019. Alternative route is via the London Road West in the Western direction and heading South on AMS/18/2. Once over the A413 change ontoAMS/16/1 and continue until re-joining AMS/17/2. The closure is required in the interest of public safety whilst Affinity Water carry out critical works to repair awater main in land offLondon Road West. The Order will come into operation on 28 September 2019 as signed, with amaximum duration of 6monthsoruntil the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 12 Fawley) (Temporary FootpathClosure)Order,2018 made on 16th November 2018under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has with the approval of the Secretary of Statefor Transport been continued in force and will continue until 16th December 2019 or until thecompletion of the works whichever is theearlier. The effect oftheOrder is to temporarilyprohibit anyperson fromproceeding, except for access,inthatlength of Public Footpath No.12 Fawley from apoint approximately 1,450 metres south of A4155 to apoint approximately 2140 metres south of A4155. Theclosure is required in the interests of public safety to enable the continuationofrepair works to the collapsed bridge. Penalties for not observing these restrictions will be as prescribed in the RoadTraffic Regulation

Act 1984 and theRoad Traffic Act 1991.

The Council intendstomake The Buckinghamshire County Council (Dolesden Lane, TurvilleHeath in the Parish of Turville CP)(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarilyprohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Dolesden Lane for adistance of approximately 360 metres. Alternative route: Drovers Lane, Dudley Lane, Skirmett Road, Fingest Lane, Fingest Road, Watery Lane. Theclosure is required whilst newwater connection works take place commencing on 7October 2019 between00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order willcomeinto operation on 7October 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 monthsduration.

The closure is required whilstBridge examinationworks takeplace commencing on 7October 2019 between 21:00 and 06:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 7October 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
