The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Amersham Road), (Little Missenden) (Temporary Speed Restriction) Order, 2019

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Amersham Road), (Little Missenden) (Temporary Speed Restriction) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from exceeding the temporary speed limit of 50mph on Amersham Road, Little Missenden from the junction of Highmore Cottages to Keepers Lane. The closure is required whilst HS2 speed restriction for safety of operatives on site works take place commencing on 21st September 2019. The proposed Order will come into operation on 21st September 2019 and will remain in force until 31st December 2026 when the appropriate signs are lawfully displayed.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Juniper Lane, Flackwell Heath in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Juniper Lane for adistance ofapproximately 50 metres. Alternative route: Wycombe Lane, The Green, Whitepit Lane. The closure is required whilst repair to leaking ferrule in the carriageway works take place commencing on 30 September 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Ashotts Lane, Chartridge in the Parish of Chartridge CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Ashotts Lane for adistance of approximately 250m. The closure is required whilst BT Openreach cabling and tree cutting works take place commencing on 24 September 2019 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire County Council on the 20th September 2019 has made the Buckinghamshire County Council (Wycombe District) (Consolidation) Order 2014 (Amendment no. 1027) Order 2019 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to introduce sections of no waiting at any time, restricted waiting, no loading at any time and residential parking restrictions in various roads in Princes Risborough. The effects ofthe Order will also include the provision ofaclearway for abus stop on Wycombe Road, Princes Risborough. Acopy ofthe Order and Plans showing the lengths ofroads affected, together with acopyofthe Statement ofReasons, can be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. Further details are also available on the Buckinghamshire County Council website under 'Have Your Say'. If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision containing therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 20th September 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Perry Lane, Bledlow in the Parish of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Perry Lane from junction of B4009 for adistance ofapproximately 160 metres. Alternative route: Chinnor Road, Lower Icknield Way, Lower Road, Station Road, Hill Road, Chinnor Hill, Red Lane, Wigans Lane, Bledlow Ridge Road, Perry Lane. The closure is required whilst BT pole replacement Works will take place commencing on 23 September 2019 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Notice is hereby given that on 13th September 2019 Buckinghamshire County Council made two Traffic Regulation Orders; The Buckinghamshire County Council (A40 London Road, High Wycombe) (Bus Lane) Order 2019 and The Buckinghamshire County Council(Wycombe District) (Consolidation) Order 2014 (Amendment no.1026) Order 2019 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order is due to come into effect on 27th September 2019 and the effects ofthe Order are to relocate some of the bus lane locations and make some alterations to the current carriageway layout along London Road, High Wycombe. The alterations are required in order to improve efficiency ofthe traffic flow along London Road. An extension of No Waiting At Any Time restrictions at the Wye Estate junction with the A40 will also be implemented. Acopy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of roads affected, together with acopy ofthe Statement ofReasons, can be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. The Council INTENDS TO MAKE The Buckinghamshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 80

High Wycombe) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order, 2019 under Section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding in the full length of Public Footpath No. 80 High Wycombe between Leigh Street and Desborough Avenue. Alternative route is viathe existing public highway. The closure isrequired in the interest of public safety whilst approved development works are carried out. The Order will come into operation on 27 September 2019, as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever isthe soonest.

Alternative route is via the London Road West in the Western direction and heading South on AMS/18/2. Once over the A413 change onto AMS/16/1 and continue until re-joining AMS/17/2. The closure is required in the interest ofpublic safety whilst Affinity Water carry out critical works to repair awater main in land offLondon Road West. The Order will come into operation on 28 September 2019 as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
