The County of Dorset (Osprey Close, Upton) (One-Way (Part) (No.2273-1-47) Order 2019
Dorset Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2) and 2(1) to (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

When the Order comes into operation on 6th September 2019 the effect of the Order will be to:
Introduce one way working in Osprey Close in a south easterly direction from the northern boundary of number 7 Osprey Close to its junction with Watery Lane.
A copy of the Order together with a plan showing the length of road affected may be inspected from Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Main Reception,
Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for that purpose. The County of Dorset (Various Roads, Upton) (30 mph Speed Limit) (No. 2273-1-46) Order 2019
DorsetCouncil has made an Order under Sections 84(1)and (2)and 124(1)(d)ofthe
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
When the Order comes into operation on 6th September 2019 the effect of the Order will be to:
- Reduce the length of the 40mph speed limit on the B3067, Dorchester Road, Upton.

- Introduce a 30mph speed limit on the B3067, Dorchester Road, Policeman's Lane, Osprey Close, Poppy Close and Watery Lane, Upton.

A copy of the Order together with a plan showing the lengths of roads affected may be inspected from Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Main Reception, Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester. Details can also be found on the Dorset Council's website at:-

Cherry Grove, Ferndown - Raised Table
Under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 Dorset Council hereby gives notice that it proposes to remove the existing raised table and reposition a new raised table in Cherry Grove Road, Ferndown.
The raised table will be 8.4m in length (including ramps), the flat table will be 6m in length, and it will be a maximum of 75mm in height. The raised table will be constructed to the Department for Transport specification.

Should you wish to make any observations on this proposal (whether you support or object to the proposal) you should make them in writing by 20 September 2019.
