WANDSWORTH COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCES
Application has today been made to the above council for the above licence by: Name of applicant: Battersea Project Phase 1 Company Limited. Addresses of premises: Battersea Power Station Jetty, Battersea Power Station, London SW11. To permit the Sale of alcohol on and off the premises, and to include plays; films; indoor sporting events; live music; recorded music; performances of dance and anything of a similar nature on the premises between 07.00 to 23.00 hours Monday to Sunday; and to include late night refreshment from 23.00 to 23.30 hours Monday to Sunday, premises open to the Public 07.00 to 23.30 hours Monday to Sunday. Any representations must be submitted in writing to Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk by 12th August 2019. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden,Surrey SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.wandsworth.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
