LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED -Section 14

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC STANHOPE GROVE BECKENHAM NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-



Stanhope Grove Beckenham will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Monday 8th July 2019. The point of the closure will be in between the junctions of Merlin Grove and Ronald Close.

Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Eden Park Avenue Upper Elmers End Road

2. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 8th July 2019 with no specified finish date.



3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.



4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works



5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.



6. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the actual works will take up to three days to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.



7. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC BARK HART ROAD ORPINGTON NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for BT to complete essential ducting works THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-



Bark Hart Road Orpington will be closed to through traffic for up to one week from Monday 8th July 2019. The point of the closure will be at the junction with Court Road A224.

Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Old Priority Avenue Bark Hart Road

2. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 8th July 2019 with no specified finish date.



3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.



4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC PLAISTOW LANE BROMLEY NOTICE OF INTENTION

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-



Plaistow Lane Bromley will be closed to Northbound traffic travelling towards Burnt Ash Lane for up to two days from Saturday 6th July 2019. The point of the closure will be between the junctions of Upper Park Road and Freelands Road. The other sections of Plaistow Lane will remain open to two-way traffic.

Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Plaistow Lane Widmore Road Tweedy Road College Road

2. THE Order will come into effect on Saturday 6th July 2019 with no specified finish date.



3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.



4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works



5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-



Durham Road Shortlands will be closed to through traffic for up to five days from Monday 8th July 2019. The point of the closure will be in between the junctions of Queen Anne Avenue and Durham Avenue.

Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Queen Anne Avenue Westmoreland Road

2. THE Order will come into effect on Monday 8th July 2019 with no specified finish date.



3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.



4. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the works



5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC POLESTEEPLE HILL BIGGIN HILL NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Thames Water to repair a water leak THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-



Polestepple Hill Biggin Hill will be closed to through traffic for up to three days from Wednesday 26th June 2019. The point of the closure will be in between the junctions of Falcons Close and Mount Pleasant.

The existing permanent Traffic Order which allows the operation of one­way traffic in Polesteeple Hill Biggin Hill (between the junctions of Mount Pleasant and Sunningvale Avenue) is suspended during the closure period, which will allow two-way traffic movements whilst the restriction is in place.

Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-Stock Hill

Sunningvale Avenue

2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.



3. THE Order will come into effect on Wednesday 26th June 2019 with no specified finish date.



4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to three days to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - SECTION 236 THE PRIVATE STREET WORKS CODE CLARENCE ROAD, BROMLEY PRIVATE STREET WORKS SCHEME NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley being the street works authority having resolved to execute street works in the above-named street under the provision of the private street works code of the Highways Act 1980 on the 15th February 2019 passed a resolution (hereinafter called "the resolution of approval"). The specification, plans, sections, estimate and provisional apportionment in respect of the street works relating to Clarence Road situated between its junction with Page Heath Lane and Southlands Grove were approved subsequently.



2. For a period of one month from the date hereof a copy of the resolution of approval and specification plans, section, estimate and provisional apportionment referred to in the resolution of approval or copies thereof will be kept deposited at the Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley and will be open to inspection at all reasonable hours.



3. Any owner of premises liable to be charged with part of the expenses of executing the street works may by notice to the Council object to the proposal to execute the works or any of the grounds specified in Section 208 of the Highways Act 1980. A notice of objection under this Section must be made in writing to the address below (for the attention of Traffic Schemes) within one month from the date hereof.
