A MOTORBIKE rider died following a crash in Crayford this morning (June 14).
Police were called to Crayford Way at 6:34am, to reports of a rider falling off a motorbike.
On arrival at the scene, officers found the man suffering from serious injuries and tapped under a van.
The man, who was 40, was pronounced dead at the scene at 7:24am and his family have been informed.
Both Crayford Way and Mill Place are closed in both directions although police expect the cordon to be removed within the hour.
No arrests have been made.
