A CRICKETER will be special guest at a fundraising event being held in memory of a teenager who died of an undetected heart condition.
Kent County Cricket Club captain Rob Key will be opening a race night at the Worsley Bridge Road ground in Beckenham at 7.30pm on March 23.
The event is in aid of Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) and the Ben Daniels Memorial Fund.
Ravens Wood School pupil Ben, 15, who lived in Bickley, died after suffering a heart attack while playing football in Shortlands in March last year.
Tickets are available for £5 and includes a sausage/pie and chips meal.
