Most people love animals. Regardless of if it’s dogs or cats to Sloths or penguins we can’t help but be fascinated by the amazing creatures. 44% of the UK population own a pet and with good reason too and Planet earth two has been watched by over 12.26 million people since 2016 furthermore showing the fondness that most of us share for the beings. Also owning a pet can have all sorts of physical and emotional benefits which is not surprising at all.

There are endless amounts of positive outcomes from having a cute companion, even if it just a goldfish. Animals can lower stress and anxiety, improve your mood and even help children develop because not only do they gain an understanding of responsibility but learn to express themselves. In addition they can help decrease blood pressure, prevent strokes, build your immune system and much more. And on top of all of this; you get a friend and give the lovable creatures a home and a happy life.

It’s completely understandable why some people may not want the responsibility of a pet. They’re expensive, can have fleas and take up a lot of your time and attention. But if anyone has the time for them they definitely offer more then they can take and who doesn’t want a dog jumping at the door and happy to see you almost everyday and a best friend to give you all the love and attention you’ll ever need?

All they need is food , water and a place to sleep and in return you get life long loyalty and affection.
