It's that time of the year again!
Now that December has begun, expect to see Christmas lights everywhere! Every year Iver Heath is decorated with lights at this time of the year and all the locals get in the Christmas spirit. However, this year there have been many complaints about the lights.
The tree by the Co-op is lit up every year and has once again....however, the tree has only been lit up halfway!
As you can see, the tree is not covered in lights and locals are not happy about this! Many complaints have been made and it has been stated that it was not affordable to cover the full tree.
Nevertheless, an attempt has been made to solve this issue:
Pinewood Studios have donated to the Iver Village lights so the Iver Heath council have asked them to help fund our tree as well.
No changes have been made just yet but fingers crossed the tree will be fully lit up by Christmas!
