Finsbury Park’s festive funfair returns for the Easter holiday. The London funfair visits Finsbury Park every year during the Easter bank holiday’s and Summer holidays to allow family’s to enjoy a great day out. It offers a wide variety of amusements and rides suitable for all ages. The park is located exactly 0.05km from the ‘Finsbury Park Tube Station’, with several bus stations, which makes it quicker and easier to access. The funfairs entrance is placed on the main high road - Seven Sister’s Road.

The Fair is open weekdays from 2pm to 8pm and on weekends & bank holidays it opens from 12pm to 8pm for all family members. Online you can buy 25 tokens for £20 but on the day, you can buy 1 token for £1.20 or 10 tokens for £10. Handling money is a lot; therefore these tokens are used for one ride on every attraction so there is one type of item to collect. The money is collected at the box office at the entrance of the funfair and so there is no hassle for finding money to pay for a ride. You simply take your token and exchange it for a ride. The only money necessary is for the food and amusements, which does not cost much. The food stalls offer a wide variety of hot and cold snacks which make you wait a little as it is freshly prepared so you can savour in a tasty treat. However after the buzzing fun experience, you can relax and calm your energising bodies in the park itself, looking upon the fresh scented greenery. An 8 year old child, Jaiden, from a family of four, has said he “had the best day with his family and the rides been for my age, unlike theme parks”.

The funfair remains available from the 29th of March to the 15th of April. It happens during the Easter holiday to allow families to enjoy the celebration of the Christian and cultural festival of Easter, which is when Jesus was resurrected. Although it is the Easter holiday, the London funfair revisits Finsbury Park to accompany us every summer holiday and bank holiday.
